I must not have saved it properly.  I hope that you noticed the information I posted on Christian meditation.  This is a movement that is steadily growing.  Often people use a short quote or an important word (even just 'loving God'be with me) as a mantra, repeating it slowly, so that one enters into a place of peace and stillness.
